Baby Carriers & Slings Shipping, Return & Exchange Procedures

 

 Maybe your not quite sure when you will receive your order and where it can be shipped to? Below are all the details of how we ship each brand of baby carrier or sling.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us ASAP orders@aroundmybaby.com  so we can answer your questions and get your order out to you. 

*Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
*During the shipping process you may receive several boxes if you order more than 1 item. This is due to the different warehouses we ship from.

Baby Pouch by Tango-Baby

  • Shipping: We ship your order out within 2-4 business days of cleared payment via USPS Priority. All orders do include delivery confirmation. 

    *Please Note:
    If a carrier style is out of stock, the shipping will take 2 weeks to ship. We will contact you if this is a case, we will allow you to continue with the order or pick another style. We will do whats best for you.  
     
  • Return & Exchange Policy
    We are glad to accept returns and exchanges on regular priced items. Please keep in mind that with most baby carriers there is a learning curve. We are happy to help you should you have any questions or concerns with your Tango Baby carrier so please feel free to call or email us.

    If you happen to change your mind or need to modify an order please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accomodate you but please note that once an item has been processed and shipped we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

  • Returns & Exchanges Instructions:
    We are able to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of purchase, minus the return shipping charges and a $3.00 re-stocking fee. Please contact us via: contact@aroundmybaby.com for a return authorization number prior to returning your carrier. Items are only eligible for return as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging included. Refunds are processed upon approval of item and within 10 business days per original form of payment. Return shipping will be charged to your original form of payment, unless otherwise noted by you.

    ** If you are an expectant mom, please include your approximate due date when you place your order and should your carrier not fit correctly, you have up to 14 days after your baby’s due date to return or exchange your carrier for a different size.

    All sale items are final sale and therefore may not be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item.

    We are glad to exchange an item within 14 days of receipt of purchase for the same item in a different color or size, subject to availability. For exchanges, please include the following: all original packaging and materials, and exchange form along with your sling. Return shipping will be charged to your original form of payment, unless otherwise noted by you. While most items are in-stock, some carriers are limited edition and are subject to availability. Please note that fabric colors can look different depending on the computer monitor and thus can differ from true color hue. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions regarding style or color.

Cuddly Wraps by PeaPod

  • Shipping: The Cuddly Wrap will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and your payment being processed. It will take 9-11 days to receive your cuddly wrap because the Cuddly Wrap is shipped out of Canada. Your will be charged $11.00 per item for shipping.
  • Returns: We only accept returns on products that have a manufacturing defect. If you have found that your item has a defect please contact us at support@aroundmybaby.com. The item will need to be returned in its original package.

  • Damaged Items: Only products purchased at www.aroundmybaby.com will be accepted. If your item has a manufacturing defect please contact support@aroundmybaby.com 

Carriers by Kokopax

  • Shipping: The Kokopax carrier will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and your payment being processed. Your carrier will be shipped by FedEx the shipping fee is $11.00 per carrier ordered. 

  • Returns: Merchandise to be exchanged or returned must be in its original condition and must be unwashed, unused and in the kokopax packaging. Exchanges and returns must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

  • Damaged/Defective: Defective merchandise can be replaced within 90 days of the original purchase date. Only products purchased at www.aroundmybaby.com will be accepted. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on our website or in printed materials. Please remember that some of our products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate a defect. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of specialty products.

  • Exchange/Return Instructions:

    • Complete Form:
      Complete the Exchange/Return Form and include it with your package. Failure to do so may delay processing.  Click here for the return form.

    • Provide Accurate Information:
      Provide the billing and ship-to information. For exchanges, provide check or credit card information for shipping charges in the amount of $10.00 (US). If requesting a return, please provide the original credit card information used at the time of purchase. Please note: refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    • Pack it up:
      Package the merchandise to be exchanged/returned in the original kokopax shipping materials. When shipping merchandise for an exchange or return, kokopax highly recommends using a delivery service such as UPS or FedEx which provide a tracking number for your shipment. kokopax is not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise and does not reimburse shipping charges.

Carriers by Belle Baby

  • Shipping: Your Belle Baby carrier will ship within 1-2 business days through UPS or USPS depending on your location. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska will ship USPS.

  • International Shipping: Please send us an email at contactus@aroundmybaby.com with the item you would like and your address for shipping. We will then send you the shipping cost. You will need to confirm that you want the item shipped.

  • Returns: Any carrier can be returned for any reason.  Buyer's remorse returns need to be within 30 days of purchase.  We will return any defective product at any time subject to our determination that the defect wasn't the result of mishandling or misuse.

  • Backorders: If an item is sold out at the time of order placement, you will receive your backordered product within 21 days.


Peas & Carrots
  • Shipping: Your Peas & Carrots products will ship within 1-2 business days through UPS or USPS depending on your location. 

  • Returns: Buyer's remorse returns need to be within 30 days of purchase and unused/unwashed.  We will return any defective product at any time subject to our determination that the defect wasn't the result of mishandling or misuse. 

  • Backorders: If an item is sold out at the time of order placement, you will receive your backordered product within 4-5 business days.

Petunia Pickle Bottom

  • Shipping: Petunia Pickle Bottom carriers & slings will ship within 2-3 buisness days upon cleared payment. Your order will ship through UPS or the most cost efficiant method.

  • Returns: For all returns or exchanges please contact  AroundMyBaby.com via contactus@aroundmybaby.com. We will contact you about damaged, mis-shipped, or product guarantee issues.

  • Product Guarantee: As you know Petunia Pickle Bottom is proud to guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of its products. Occasionally, there are some instances when our customers at AroundMyBaby.com will have an issue with their Petunia product such as a broken zipper, buckle, etc. In this event, please notify Cheryl in at Petunia Pickle Bottom's  Customer Service department, cherylr@petunia.com or 805 643 6697 Ext 121.

    The item will be evaluated and at the sole discretion of Petunia Pickle Bottom the item will be either repaired or replaced. The guarantee does not apply to damage caused by improper care, accidents or natural breakdown of the materials over extended time and use.

    • Please Note Around My Baby Customers: In order to get a replacement or repair done you will have to contact Petunia Pickle Bottom via cherylr@petunia.com. They will require full information on what the issue is and then depending on the situation it is possible that they will ask for you to send the Petunia Pickle Bottom product into them for evaluation and repair or possible replacement.
